Ethnocare's Overlay uses air to manage changes in limb volume for transtibial users while preserving a sleek profile and dynamic comfort.
A breathable fabric sleeve that integrates an air expansion system to enhance socket fit, stability, comfort and real-time volume management.
The Overlay enhances socket fit, comfort and stability while streamlining residual limb volume management.
Designed to remain compatible with most liners and sockets so users can continue without disruption.
Use the integrated or external pump to precisely fill voids and spaces inside the socket.
This build keeps the structure of the original Ethnocare page, then amplifies it with cinematic gradients, floating product motion, hover depth, sticky storytelling and more aggressive scroll reveals.

The transfemoral model extends the same air-expansion logic to a different morphology, preserving adjustability, cushioning and fit consistency.
The Overlay enhances socket fit, stability, comfort, and streamlines residual limb volume management for users.
The advanced fabric technology stays just under one millimeter in total thickness and is designed to remain compatible with most liners and sockets.
Air is used to fill voids and spaces inside the socket for a more customized fit, adjustable precisely on the fly with the pump and valve.
The original page uses a five-step explanation. Here the same flow is rebuilt as motion cards that lift, glow and react as you scroll.
Place the liner on the residual limb before applying the Overlay.
Position the Overlay over the liner with the air expansion system correctly aligned for the chosen configuration.
Slide the prosthesis back on and make sure the air cells remain in the socket below the trim line.
Use the integrated or external pump to tune the fit and cushioning throughout the day.
Press the exit valve pin to deflate before removing the prosthesis and the liner.
The original Ethnocare page includes materials, suspension method, activity level, limb difference and downloads. This remake turns those static lists into a layered sticky sequence.

This version is tuned to feel more like a premium product experience: larger motion language, stronger depth, more theatrical section transitions, hover-driven zoom and a more convincing hero stage.
